All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is confirmed.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Shipping Timeframes

• Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or high-volume periods. We are not responsible for delays once the package is in the carrier’s possession.

Important Notes

• Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase.
• We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
• Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier are not the responsibility of our brand.

Returns & Exchanges – Raw Wavy Bundles

Due to the hygienic nature of raw hair extensions, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once the product has been opened, worn, altered, or tampered with in any way.

Eligible Exceptions
A return or replacement may be considered only if:

• The incorrect item was received
• The item arrives damaged or defective

To be eligible for consideration:

• You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Hair must be unused, uninstalled, uncut, and in original packaging
• Proof of issue (photos/videos) is required

Once approved, return instructions will be provided. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
